"Eight Generations of Stonemasons"

Petra O’Flaherty, from Ballyknockan, Co Wicklow is the first registered female stonemason apprentice in Ireland for over 30 years. In conversation with Caitríona Bolger.

Petra and Killian sat down to discuss the skilled art of stone-masonry. As 8-generation stonemasons, both Petra and Killian are uniquely trained to continue their family legacy by modernizing the ancient craft.
